Love Oxycise! It has been the best workout program for me. I feel so much better just after a 15 min workout! As an ACE certified fitness instructor who has taught up to 9 classes a week for over 12 years, I can tell you that Oxycise! works as well, if not better, than most ‘traditional’ aerobic workouts.
