I've been a fan of Oxycise for a long time and just recently returned to using it again. The online version is fantastic for switching up your routines for days when you want more of a challenge or work on a specific muscle group to those days when your energy is a bit lower. The variety of workout options is great! Two benefits that I’ve noticed are overall toning (the tummy, especially) and improved sleep. It just feels so good!
